Everything we sell falls into one of three categories, listed below. Orders are filled to the written definition of each grade.

These apply to every unit in every category and grade.

Processed stock
Inspected and graded before sale. Two tiers, each defined below.

Category 02
Damaged stock
One grade, sold by lot. The typical lot mix is listed below.

Grade C / D
Repair and minor-repair stock. May include heavy wear, cracks, dings, aftermarket parts, or functional issues. Working units that miss cosmetic standards are included. Auctioned weekly as take-all lots across model ranges.

Category 03
Unprocessed & as-is stock
As-received lots from auction, enterprise trade-in, and Apple as-is / CPO programs. Sold by lot. Condition varies by lot, so each type is described by its origin. No functional warranty.

Buyback / enterprise trade-in stock
Devices from buyback and enterprise trade-in programs. Not processed by us.

Apple as-is / CPO stock (brown box)
Apple as-is and certified pre-owned units in brown-box packaging.
Carrier locked
Carrier-locked units
Most of what we sell is carrier unlocked. Occasionally we have carrier-locked devices; these are always marked -L on the lot sheet and priced accordingly.
