Everything we sell falls into one of three categories, listed below. Orders are filled to the written definition of each grade.

Category 01
Processed stock
Inspected and graded before sale. Two tiers, each defined below.

Grade A / A−
Our highest grade. No visible scratches.

Grade AB
General moderate grade. Overall good, polishes up to A grade. No cracks or LCD damage.

Category 02
Damaged stock
One grade. Repair and minor-repair stock. Devices have never had repairs attempted. May include heavy wear, cracks, dings, or functional issues. Majority of devices are working units that miss cosmetic standards. The typical lot mix is listed below.

Category 03
Unprocessed stock
As-received US and Japan buy-back trade-in lots. Sold by lot. Condition varies by lot, so each type is described by where it came from. No functional warranty.
